This policy explains how your order travels from our oven to your kitchen — processing, delivery areas, fees, tracking, what happens if a delivery fails, and how pickup works. For cancellations and remedies, see our Refund Policy.
1. Baked to order: how processing works
Nothing here is pre-made. When your order is confirmed it joins the kitchen queue, and the lead time depends on what you ordered — the dates and slots available for each item are shown when you choose your delivery or pickup time. Custom cakes follow the quote you confirmed, and custom orders close 24 hours before the scheduled pickup or delivery time, after which changes are no longer possible.
2. Scheduled orders
You can schedule any order for a future date — up to a number of days ahead set by the shop, shown when you pick your date. We plan the bake against that date, so a scheduled order leaves the oven for your party, not the fridge.
Cash on Delivery may be limited for scheduled orders based on criteria set by the shop — for example, order weight, value, or item count. The payment methods available for your order are always shown at checkout.
3. Where we deliver
We deliver across our Pune service area, centred on the NIBM–Kondhwa kitchen. Whether we can reach you — and what it costs — is calculated from your distance and PIN code the moment you enter an address at checkout. If you are outside the delivery area, pickup from the shop is always open to you.
4. Delivery options and fees
Orders travel with our delivery partners, and the options you see depend on the order and the distance:
- Standard
- The everyday option, right for most orders.
- Express
- Faster, for when the celebration is sooner than planned.
- Cargo
- For heavy or oversized orders — tall tiers, bulk boxes — that need a larger vehicle and extra care.
The exact fee is always shown at checkout before you pay, and delivery is free within a radius set by the shop — also shown at checkout. Pickup is free, always.
5. Tracking your order
Your order’s status lives in your account from confirmation to handover, and we send email and SMS updates at each milestone. Where our delivery partner provides live tracking, we share the tracking link with you once your order is on its way.
6. If a delivery cannot be completed
Cakes are perishable, so a completed delivery matters more than usual. If no one is available at the address, the rider will try to call you. Where possible we re-attempt the delivery or arrange a new slot with you; an additional delivery fee may apply if the failed attempt was due to an incorrect address or an unreachable phone. A Cash on Delivery order that cannot be delivered or paid for may be cancelled. And if the failure is ours or our partner’s, the redelivery is on us.
7. Picking up from the shop
Pickup is free from Shop 51, Brahma Majestic, Kondhwa Khurd, Haveli, Pune 411048, during open hours. We email you when your order is ready. Bring your order number or your Account ID (MO-XXXXXX) and show it at the counter — if someone is collecting on your behalf, the order number is all they need.
8. Questions and grievances
